The Hot Air Heater is equipped with an internal fan system for forced hot air circulation. It provides uniform heating, rapid temperature increase, and reduced power consumption. The multi-stage loading structure allows efficient handling of heavy materials. It is ideal for industrial drying applica-tions, including steel wire coil cleaning and post-treatment drying after acid pickling or galvanizing processes.
It is used for drying and preprocessing of an object to be painted where it is not easy to attach steel wire or a heater. The temperature of hot air is about 200°C and it is mainly used for pre-treatment of continuous line.
